Know Your Customer

For the first time you will be prompted to do KYC. KYC typically has 4 steps:

1. Personal details: First name, Last name, Mobile number, Date of Birth

2. Address: Line 1, Line 2 (optional), City, State, Pincode, Country

3. Identity document: User has to upload / click both sides of their ID document in this step. The kind of document accepted depends on the user's KYC country, however Passport, Driving License and National ID are supported for almost all countries.

4. Selfie capture: User has to allow access to their selfie camera and click a live picture. They can switch to a mobile device for convenience, to complete this step.

In Sandbox, in most of the cases, only Lite KYC is presented i.e. only step 1 and step 2 will be asked. One can use the below dummy user details to proceed ahead.

If KYC step 3 is asked, then

• Choose your Issuing Country as Germany

• Choose your document type as Driver's license

• Upload the attached sample document (sample_driving_licence.png). Same image can be used to upload the front and back sides.

If Step 4 is asked, then please provide your camera access and click your live selfie to pass the KYC check.

Fiat Payment Methods

EUR SEPA transfer is easiest to test, no test credentials are required. You just need to click "I have Paid" when Bank details are shown to you.

For trying credit / debit card flow, below card credentials can be used:

For testing Google Pay transaction, user need to join one group from this link from valid gmail account to enable test cards.
